| Description of Services: | The facility accepts used aluminum oxide blasting grit for recycling. The grit is cleaned, resized and resold as recycled blasting grit. Toxicity characteristic leaching procedure (TCLP) analysis is required to be conducted at least every three (3) years to verify that the material is non-hazardous and that the customer’s generating process has not changed. The facility may run screening tests such as sieve analysis and visually inspects the aluminum oxide material received for the presence of trash of other impurities. |
