Description of Services:The facility accepts wastewater from RCRA-exempt E&P facilities and may accept other industrial wastes as approved, such as produced water, fracturing and flowback liquids and drilling fluids. Solid wastes accepted may include drill cuttings, frac sands and other forms of E&P wastes that will pass a paint filter test. The facility is a produced water facility, which consists of multiple evaporation ponds. The ponds evaporate the aqueous portion of the production water. Production water typically contains free-phase hydrocarbons and minor amounts of drilling mud. Storage in aboveground tanks includes diesel, condensate and interphase hydrocarbons. The facility includes one OWS, 2 skim tanks, 14 condensate collection and decantation tanks, 7 crude oil collection and decanting tanks, 3 detention impoundments (a/k/a “mud pits”), a filter press system, two landfarm cells, 3 fresh water tanks, 1 brine water tank, and 9 evaporation ponds.
