| Description of Services: | The facility is a Subtitle D landfill and includes on-site disposal of MSW, C&D waste, and Pennsylvania-defined Residual Waste. While the Facility is currently permitted to perform solidification, the current permit conditions are restrictive so they have elected to not provide that service at this time. A permit modification application has been submitted which includes less restrictive requirements and the Facility will provide solidification services once that new permit is issued. Note: After completion of the CHWMEG site review the Facility reported they received a revised waste permit on July 13, 2012 which authorizes on-site solidification. The Facility intends to initiate this service in the coming months (no specific date given). |
