| Description of Services: |  The facility recovers and resells scrap metal from oil filled electrical equipment. The facility brings in non-PCB (< 50 ppm) and PCB contaminated (< 500 ppm, but > 50 ppm) equipment. The site cannot accept PCB (> 500 ppm) equipment. The electrical equipment, consisting primarily of pad and pole mounted transformers, is brought to the site, where it is disassembled and segregated into its component parts. |
