| Description of Services: | The facility is a landfill that receives nonhazardous solid waste, including municipal solid waste (MSW), construction and demolition debris (CDD), and what is referred to in Pennsylvania as residual wastes. These are primarily industrial wastes such as petroleum contaminated soil, auto fluff, and wastewater treatment sludges. There is no treatment, such as solidification, of any of the incoming waste conducted. |
