Description of Services:Fuel blending of high BTU bulk liquid waste for energy recovery in one of the 4 clinker (a cement ingredient) wet production kilns. The hazardous waste derived fuel (HWDF) is received from a variety of industrial sources including petroleum refineries, chemical manufacturing plants, solvent recovery facilities, fuels blending facilities, and paint manufacturing companies. Additionally, the rotary cement kilns are permitted to be fueled by bituminous coal, fuel oil, petroleum coke and natural gas. Most of the wastes burned in the facility's kilns are generated offsite and are transported to the facility in tanker trucks, tanker trailers, and rail tank cars.

The site can accept wastewater with less than 5,000 BTU/lb for use as quench water in the kiln. Site generated wastewater is also used as quench water.
