| Description of Services: |  The facility is RCRA permitted for hazardous waste management, storage, and treatment via incineration. The facility operates two rotary kilns and a rotary reactor. In addition to hazardous waste, Incineration Train 1 has a permit to incinerate polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) regulated under the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA).
