| Description of Services: | The facility provides information technology (IT) asset services and conducts electronic equipment (EE) recycling and refurbishment operations. EE recycling activities are limited to sorting by components, removal of certain components from electrical devices (such as plastic cases, batteries, hard drives etc.), and consolidation and packaging for off-site transfer. The company also conducts data sanitization services (hard drive wiping and punching only). EE which is deemed suitable for re-marketing is also tested onsite to ensure full functionality and repaired or refurbished if necessary to prepare it for future use. |
