| Description of Services: | The facility operates a single Class II injection well primarily for the disposal of RCRA exempt exploration and production (E&P) produced water. In addition, certain workover and completion fluids (flowback) and pit fluids may also be accepted if they do not contain excessive solids or chemicals. According to the permit requirements for Class II injection wells, it can only accept wastes brought to the surface in conjunction with conventional oil and gas production, as long as they are not classified as hazardous wastes. Oil is skimmed from the water and sold to a refiner. |
