| Description of Services: | The facility is a landfill that receives nonhazardous solid wastes for disposal and is a permitted Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) Subtitle D facility. Wastes received at the facility include municipal solid wastes (MSW); construction & demolition (C&D) wastes; and non-hazardous industrial wastes, such as petroleum contaminated soils, asbestos, filter cakes, dewatered sludges, biosolids; and food waste. No liquids are accepted; there is no pre-treatment of wastes conducted prior to disposal. |
