| Description of Services: | The facility uses above ground bio-piles to biologically reduce organic contaminants. Frequently, pretreatment is required to remove free liquid and excess petroleum. Centrifuge separation and solidification are the primary pretreatments, but the facility also uses heat-assisted gravity separation for pumpable liquid with a high fraction of petroleum. |
