| Description of Services: |  The facility is a RCRA Subtitle D landfill which receives non-hazardous waste (NHW) and municipal solid waste (MSW). There is a separate unlined disposal area for construction & demolition (C&D) waste. There is direct landfill disposal of contaminated soil and industrial trash. In addition, MCLF accepts / accumulates recyclable solid wastes (E-waste, cardboard, waste plastic), which go to off-site recycling firms. MCLF accepts a range of woody waste for its onsite compost operation (completed compost sells to the general public). |
