| Description of Services: | The facility is a MSW landfill that also accepts non-hazardous industrial solid waste (special waste), non-hazardous liquids, and construction and demolition (C&D) waste. The special waste currently being accepted includes Texas Class 1 and Class 2 non-hazardous solids and liquids, RCRA-exempt oil & gas exploration and production (E&P) liquids and solids and asbestos waste. Liquids are received in a lined surface impoundment and then are transferred to solidification pits within the lined landfill for mixing with clay soils until solidified. |
