| Description of Services: | The facility operations include consolidation/bulking of organic liquids (transformer oil and oily water) into site tanks; and bulking up of non-RCRA solids into roll-offs. Transformers and capacitors with oil <50 ppm PCB concentration are opened and drained. Only leaking transformers with PCB oil >50 ppm are drained; otherwise, units with >50 ppm PCB oil are shipped intact for incineration. |
