| Description of Services: | The facility performs fuel blending of bulk liquids only (mostly hazardous), followed by transfer to the burn tanks at the co-located Holcim cement plant. Holcim uses the hazardous waste derived fuel (HWDF) to supplement up to 25% of its annual fuel. According to press releases dated 12-Nov-2008, this facility is being mothballed as a business decision. |
